KPI-JCI Classifying Tanks
KPI-JCI classifying tanks classify and blend up to three products simultaneously. Sand particles blend in the tank to produce two spec products and one by-product while rejecting clays, silts and slime. Multiple portable and stationary classifying tank and control options are available to assist you in meeting your exact material spec needs.

KPI-JCI Classifying Tank Controllers
The state-of-the-art Windows Based Spec Select® controllers (WB) utilize easy to operate touch screen interfaces which are powered by controller programs which sit on a PC operated by common software.
The WB controller provides you with highly productive features like increased recipe storage, advance monitoring and self-diagnostic s. Reports are outputted into standard formats such as Excel, and the controller can be remotely accessed when used with a standard modem.

KPI-JCI Blademills
KPI-JCI blademills are completely customizable. The arrangement of the paddles and flights are set up to meet your exact need. Operating at little to no incline, these units remove sticky clay and other undesirables in front of wet screening and washing equipment. Sizes range from from 24" to 48" diameter. Each size is available as a single or double.

KPI-JCI Fine Material Washers
KPI-JCI fine material washers are available as singles or doubles. Sizes range from 24" to a 72" diameter screw.
Steel inner wear shoes and urethane outer wear come standard on all KPI-JCI fine material washers. This extends the life of flights dramatically. Ni-hard outer wear shoes are also available. In addition, these units use less horsepower due to high efficiency gears, lowering your overhead without lowering production.
KPI-JCI fine material washers are available as units, on screening & washing plants and on portable classifying tank plants.

Flexibility to meet your toughest demands is designed into each coarse material washer. Bolt-on paddle and flight assemblies over almost the entire length of the shaft allow you to fully customize your KPI-JCI coarse material washer. Also, higher efficiency gear reducers allow you to produce more material with less overhead. Sizes range from 24" to 48" diameter with single and double shaft options available.
